Only a few celebs attended the Broker screening in South Korea, including Lee Min Ho, Kim Soo Hyun, and BTS member V. This year’s Cannes Film Festival awarded the film a major prize.

Broker, a South Korean film, recently received several awards at the Cannes Film Festival. Song Kang Ho, who plays the protagonist in the film, made history by becoming the first Korean to win the prestigious film festival’s Best Actor Award. On June 2, a screening for the film was held in South Korea, which was attended by some of the top names in the Korean entertainment business. The star-studded event included Lee Min-ho, Kim Soo-Hyun, BTS member V, Park Hyo-shin, and Kim Tae-ri.

The majority of the celebs appeared for photos and expressed their enthusiasm for the film. According to rumors, BTS member V travelled back to South Korea ahead of the rest of the group to support his close buddy Kang Dong Won. V was in Washington, DC, with other members, for a meeting with US President Joe Biden to tackle anti-Asian prejudice.

V, above all others, was the center of attention on the red carpet. V was dressed in a black shirt with patterned jacket and slacks, flashing his smile for the cameras and even making a half heart on his face, which made everyone around him scream with joy. On the internet, videos of the same have gone viral.

After a time, Lee Min-ho showed up to the screening. His last tenure in Pachinko was well-received, and his contract has already been extended for another season.

Apart from them, Jisoo and Rosé of BLACKPINK were also spotted at the Broker premiere.

Korean fans will be able to see Broker starting June 8, according to rumors. International fans, on the other hand, will have to wait until the film is released worldwide.
