Panjak Tripathi, a rising star in Bollywood, recently spoke out about the Indian film business and its standards. He claims that individuals in Bollywood make “very hasty” decisions about a person’s worth.

According to Bollywood Hungama, the Mimi actress said, “Despite the numerous barriers, problems, competition, and insecurity, I’m here working on my own terms and circumstances, and people have welcomed me. I’ve politely declined projects from major studios, stating, “No, this isn’t thrilling me,” and the other person has graciously accepted.”

Adding to that, “But, as I’ve said before, there’s something about this profession that I’d like to change: you make decisions about the artist’s worth much too rapidly. Instead of deciding on a monetary worth, attempt to provide equitable possibilities to everybody. However, it is impossible to assert that everyone should be given equal chance in any firm or field.”

Tripathi stated that it takes time for those with his potential to get into the film industry, and that people with more talent are sometimes waiting “in queue” for their own spot.
