Deepika Padukone and SRK’S big blockbuster film ‘Pathaan’ has really made it big at the box office. Many rumors and speculations have all been silenced after the resounding success of this movie.
Taran Adarsh, industry expert and film critic tweets that this movie is on track to surpass Dangal’s earnings. After KGF 2 and Bahubali 2, Pathaan rates number 3 as the highest grossing movie. Dangal drops to 4 and Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju rates 5 on the list.
The movie is on a roll. The movie has inched close to Rs.480 crores domestically and has crossed Rs.950 crore in the global market. The film’s global success has proved SRK’s acting mettle. The movie might face stiff competition from Kartik Aaryan’s Shehzaada and Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania releasing in theatres.
The movie is now eyeing Rs 500 crore mark domestically, which will take it closer to Baahubali 2. The movie has ruled the box office and the action thriller has lovely music, lovely locations, beautiful people and is definitely worth a watch.
