Rashmika Mandanna, who was recently seen on the big screen essaying the role of Srivalli in the multi-lingual superhit, “Pushpa: The Rise”, unveiled the teaser of “Bhamakalapam” on Sunday.

The delicious home-cooked thriller, directed by Abhimanyu Tadimeti, will premiere on the Telugu OTT platform. Filmmaker Bharat Kamma, known for “Dear Comrade”, is the showrunner.

“The moment I watched the preview, it felt really humorous,” Rasmika added. “There are a number of intriguing concepts.” It’s a nice storey, but it’s told in a hilarious and intriguing way. I send lots of love to Priyamani garu, who is portraying Anupama.”

The trailer is set in an old apartment and revolves around Anupama, a housewife who operates a YouTube cooking channel and is also known for gossiping and interfering in the affairs of other families. She even claims that knowing what’s going on in other people’s life is a lot of joy.

The emphasis changes to a cold-blooded murder in the flat in the midst of a wet night. The crime scene is shrouded in mystery, with several persons expressing concern over something. With thugs, firearms, and chases, it’s clear that Anupama is in serious peril and is a vital connection to the murder.

Deepak Kumar has cranked the camera, while Viplav is in charge of the editing. Composer Justin Prabhakaran (renowned for writing the soundtrack of “Radhe Shyam” and “Dear Comrade”) has done it again.
