Rhea Chakraborty has penned a lovely wish for “world’s most special girl” actress Shibani Dandekar on her 41st birthday today (August 27). Rhea took to her Instagram handle to dedicate a heartwarming post to her best friend Shibani.
Rhea shared a throwback picture featuring herself and birthday girl Shibani. Along with the snap, she wrote, “The woman on the right is everything the woman on the left ever wants to be Loving, kind, brave and righteous! On your birthday, I want to tell you that – ‘One friend like Shibani Dandekar is all anyone should ever wish for.’ Happy birthday to the world’s most special girl. I love you so so much.”
For those unversed, during Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case investigation, Shibani stood by her friend Rhea. It seems like their friendship has grown stronger ever since.
In an exclusive interview, Shibani Dandekar said that Rhea comes from a wonderful family and it is sad to see them being villainized in this manner.
Shibani said, “It’s incredibly sad. I think for those of us who know Rhea and her wonderful, simple, middle-class family, to be vilified and villainized in this manner. To take away her basic human rights and not even try to understand what the truth is. We need to really question where we are as a human race. Are we interested in the truth? Do we want to try to understand what Sushant was going through what their relationship was all about? Or are we interested only in fabricated views and sensationalized news? Are we only interested in this TV serial-type drama?”
“She was a girl who loved a boy deeply. He was the love of her life. She intended on spending the rest of her life with him. And she took care of him. In his darkest hours, he was suffering so much, and she stood by him like a rock. She did everything in her power to be there for him. She put her own life on hold, to take care of him. And this is what her life has come to now,” she concluded.
On the professional front, Rhea is currently enjoying the release of her film Chehre. The mystery thriller film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles got released on August 27.
