Sanya Malhotra joins Hindi remake of Telugu film HIT

Sanya Malhotra is officially a part of the Hindi remake of the Telugu blockbuster ‘HIT’. The film will be helmed by Sailesh Kolanu. Currently, the film is in the pre-production stage and soon will go on floors.

The actress took to social media today to express her excitement at being part of the film. The cop thriller, which stands for Homicide Intervention Team.

Announcing the news of joining the film, HIT, Sanya Malhotra, wrote that she is looking forward to working on the film. The actress shared a photo of herself and wrote, “So happy to join the #HIT team! Looking forward to this one!”

Talking about the upcoming project, Sanya Malhotra said in a statement, “I have watched HIT and I liked the concept of the film. When the film was offered to me, I immediately said yes. It is a very interesting and intriguing story that deserves a mass audience. I am looking forward to this one and excited to work with Rajkummar Rao.”

ABOUT HIT

The Telugu blockbuster film, HIT, featured Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma in prominent roles. The film is a story of a cop who is tracing a missing woman. The Hindi version will be produced by T-Series Bhushan Kumar, Kuldeep Rathore, Dil Raju, and Krishan Kumar. 

In the Hindi remake of HIT, Rajkummar Rao will be seen in the role of the policeman. Earlier talking about the film, the Stree actor said in a statement, “It’s an engaging story, relevant in today’s environment. As an actor, I am always on the lookout to play characters I haven’t explored, and HIT gives me a chance to do that. I am looking forward to taking this journey with Sailesh and Dil Raju.”

The film is scheduled to go on floors by the end of this year.
