Shraddha Kapoor’s wedding rumors with photographer Rohan Shrestha having been doing the rounds for some time now. The two are often spotted hanging out together, enjoying lunch and dinner outings.
In the latest interview, Shraddha’s father and veteran actor Shakti Kapoor opened up about Shraddha’s relationship with Rohan. The actor said, he would be happy if Shraddha gets married, it’s on her to decide to take that step.
Shakti Kapoor finds Rohan, a nice boy and he has been friends with his family for a long time. Reacting to Shraddha and Rohan’s wedding rumors, he told a leading daily, “I have known his father for many, many years. Rohan visits us often, but he has not asked for Shraddha’s hand in marriage. And besides, today children decide these things on their own. If Shraddha tells me that she has chosen a life partner for herself or even if Siddhant does, I will readily agree. Why will I refuse?”
The actor further added, “But at this point, they are focused on their careers. Marriage is an important decision and the way people are breaking up, it bothers me sometimes. One has to be sure before making a decision like that.”
Meanwhile, Shakti Kapoor is all set to make his comeback with a Disney+Hotstar project. He will be reprising his popular character, Crime Master Gogo from the film Andaz Apna Apna. Also, Shraddha will share the screen with her father in the project.
Shraddha Kapoor shared her excitement on Instagram in a statement that read, “Ever since I was little, I have enjoyed seeing my father on screen totally in his element, adding his personal touch to characters that today have a massive cult-like following! Being on set with him is for the books. It’s so memorable to share the screen space with my father and I’m really excited to see how this unveils.”
On the work front, Shraddha Kapoor will be seen in the upcoming film, Nyay: The Justice opposite Ranbir Kapoor. She also has Raktdhar, Naagin and Hiraasat lined up.
