Shamita Shetty, who recently exited the Bigg Boss 15 house, celebrated her birthday with a romantic dinner with her partner Raqesh Bapat.

Raqesh wished Shamita a happy birthday on Wednesday by sending her a collection of love-filled images from their date night. Raqesh tagged Shamita in a simple captioned image and said, “Happy Birthday love,” with a red heart emoji.

Raqesh was seen hoisting Shamita in his arms while she flushed in one of the images. Shamita also held Raqesh in a tight embrace throughout the photograph. Shamita chose a glittering off-shoulder dress with a thigh-high slit for her date night ensemble. Raqesh dressed in black and white to match her.

The paparazzi approached the pair outside the restaurant before their dinner date and begged them to kiss. Shamita and Raqesh can be seen kissing each other while posing for the cameras in a video uploaded by a paparazzo account.

“Learning, un-learning, and learning again is a circle of our existence where triumph is subjective but progress is certain,” Raqesh wrote after Shamita’s withdrawal from Bigg Boss 15. You grew as a person as you gained experience, knowledge, and progressed, and you won practically everyone’s heart. “I am incredibly proud of you.”

Shamita and Raqesh’s relationship began on Bigg Boss OTT, and while Shamita went on to compete in Bigg Boss 15, Raqesh only appeared on the program for a short time. Raqesh defended his girlfriend and called out Tejasswi Prakash for age-shaming Shamita in the Bigg Boss 15 grand finale.

“Tejasswi, what were you thinking?” Karan Kundrra does not pique her curiosity. I felt like destroying the TV, itna gussa raha tha mujhko (I felt like smashing the TV, I was so upset),” Raqesh informed Tejasswi.

Tejasswi referred to Shamita as an ‘aunty’ during the finale week, for which she has been chastised by the show’s viewers and celebrities alike. Tejasswi was declared the Bigg Boss 15 winner. Shamita, one of the finalists, was ousted during the finale on Sunday.
