It’s been a joy to watch Simu Liu pull off incredible action in the picture since the trailer was released. Marvel is revealing its lead cast with some amazing new character posters for the upcoming film ahead of its release in September.

Simu Liu’s relationship to Marvel superheroes appears to be long-standing, as he admitted in an interview with Empire saying that, “As an Asian man, I could never show my face. It was only once I put the mask on that the illusion of the superhero would be sold. The moment that I took it off, nobody would ever think I could be that. That’s something I was keenly aware of.” The actor used to dress up as Spider-Man for children’s birthday parties.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will be Marvel’s second theatrical release, following Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow. The film is set to hit theatres on September 3rd.
