Shreya Ghoshal is one of the most successful playback singers in the entertainment industry. She completed 19 years in Bollywood on Monday, July 12 with her debut film Devdas. The singer shared a post remembering her journey of her professional career at the age of 16.
Shreya Ghoshal, who was recently blessed with a baby boy, Devyaan is celebrating the 19th anniversary of her Bollywood debut with the film, Devdas. She took to social media to mark the day with a post.
In her post, Shreya thanked filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali for believing in her at the young age of 16 and expressed gratitude. “19 years ago on this day I made my debut in Hindi Films in the iconic film #Devdas It’s still vivid in my memories the magical years of the making of the music. The singer also paid tribute to the late legendary actor Dilip Kumar who passed away on July 7 in Mumbai. She shared the actor’s monochromatic photo. Dilip Kumar played the lead role in the 1955 film Devdas. “As we celebrate 19 years, we salute the legend. Devdas then, now and forever,” read the post.
