In August, Sonam and Anand became proud parents to a baby boy. Nearly, a month has gone by, and the parents have named their son Vayu. They shared the first picture of Vayu and explained the meaning of his wonderful name.
Sonam and Anand Ahuja wrote, “In the spirit of the force that breathed new meaning into our lives.. in the spirit of Hanuman and Bheem who embody immense courage and strength..in the spirit of all that is sacred, life-giving and eternally ours, we seek blessings for our son, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja.”
Elaborating on the context of the baby’s name, “In Hindu scriptures, Vayu is one of the paanch tatvas. He is the deity of breath, the spiritual father of Hanuman, Bheem and Madhav and He is the incredibly powerful lord of wind. Praana is Vayu, a guiding force of life and intelligence in the universe. All the deity’s of Praana, Indra, Shiva and Kali relate to Vayu. He can breathe life as easily into beings as he can destroy evil. Vayu is said to be heroic, brave and mesmerizingly beautiful. Thank you for your continued wishes and blessings for Vayu and his family.”
We are sharing the first complete family picture of Sonam, Anand and Vayu. Each of them is looking lovely in saffron-hued traditional outfits. The happy family is seen in co-ordinated clothes.
A joyful and happy mommy, Sonam earlier took to Instagram and shared a photo of her baby’s first month anniversary celebration with a Boss Baby themed cake. The cake was personalized with several cut outs withy number 1 in blue and read ‘Boss Baby Kapoor Ahuja.’
