Plus Points:

1. Akshay Kumar is just superb in the film. He has amazing comic timing. He has played a perfect cop role; husband and an entertainer throughout. Ranveer Singh is in great form and has done a good job in the climax and ditto for Ajay Devgan. All other actors too, have well supported (Jackie Shroff, Abhimanyu Singh etc.)

2. The biggest plus point are the dialogues. Just superb!

3. Action scenes are well executed. Production value is that of an international film.

4. Film has old super hit song ‘Tip Tip Barsa Pani’ (from film Mohra) which is well picturised on Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif.

5. Film is full of action, good comedy at places by Akshay Kumar and is a complete entertainer (action, romance, comedy, emotional) for the entire family.

6. Background score is effective.

7. Film has plenty of marathi dialogues which would be liked by the Mumbai audience.

8. Screenplay will keep you engaged throughout.

9. As the climax suggests, Rohit Shetty is ready for the fourth part.

Minus Points:

1. The biggest minus point is its length, also climax actions are repeated and stretched like a rubber. Weak editing there!

2. Marathi dialogues which doesn’t have pan India value may not go well with the audience apart from Maharashtra.

Box Office:
Film is made of ~200 cr budget and from 5th December it will be available on OTT platform. Film is likely to do excellent business in the next two weeks. The reason being Diwali festival and people waiting for 19 months for a big entertaining film and Sooryavanshi will complete their hunger..
Film opened on bumper response pan India and first day collections are expected to be 20 cr. Rohit Shetty seems to have bagged one more film that would enter the 100cr club.

The collection could have been more but due to 50 percent occupancy condition in many states, it has to settled for low.
