Florals are for spring and ‘green’ is the go-to colour this year. From Kelly green, fern green and chartreuse to olive green, shamrock or lime green, this definitely should be in your wardrobe this season.

Paresh Lamba, the founder of Paresh Lamba Signatures stated, “This spring is all about the revival of pine and sea greens. They are also eye-soothing, while also adding a pop of colour to your wardrobe. It can be seen in everything from accessories to bottom wear. Use shades of this colour in statement pieces like printed shirts, solid blazers, trousers and shorts.”

Stylist Lorraine Gonsalves suggests, “You can mix it up with your neutrals and a green top with beige for a classy look, or even grey, black or white bottoms. If you want to go all out with the colour, go monochromatic. It can be different hues of the green palette.”

Sobhita Dhulipala wore Ekaya’s handwoven lime green saree. A cape was added to the same and that was the dash of drama needed to add glamour to the look. Sonakshi Sinha styled herself in an Anamika Khanna ensemble, with a satin skirt and cropped jacket.

Ananya Panday looked very trendy in her green acid wash distressed denim with an off-shoulder top.
