Writer and director Koduri Viswa Vijayendra Prasad, 78, have recently tested covid-19 positive, under home quarantine and is following doctor’s advice. As per the reports, he went to Chennai to attend an event and while he came back, mild symptoms started showing off. After which, he got tested for Covid-19 and his report turned out positive.  

Viayendra Prasad has penned the story and screenplay of upcoming period action drama RRR. The film is directed by S.S. Rajamouli, produced by D.V.V. Danayya of DVV entertainment. The film features Ram Charan Teja, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran, N.T. Rama Rao Jr. and Olivia Morris.

He has also worked on the upcoming film, Thalaivi as a writer along with Madhan Karky and Rajat Arora. The film is based on the life of film actress and former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa. In the film, Kangana Ranaut will essay the role of Jayalalithaa. The film is directed by A.L. Vijay, produced by Vibri Media in collaboration with Karma Media and Entertainment. 

Apart from this, KV Vijayendra Prasad has also worked in other projects such as Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Baahubali:The Beginning, Baahubali 2: The conclusion, Bajrangi Bhaijaan among others.
