Tanuj Virwani is one of the most admired and respected actors in the Indian entertainment industry. The actor is currently enjoying a terrific run at the box office with his latest movie ‘Yodha’ where his role has been immensely appreciated. He played the leader of the ‘Yodha’ task force alongside Sidharth Malhotra and others and no wonder, their bromance is being loved by one and all. The good thing is that Tanuj’s life now has a lot of ‘lady luck’ involved and no wonder, things are headed in the right direction. Yes, that’s right.
The actor got married to his love Tanya Jacob who hails from Singapore some time back and we loved the visuals on social media indeed. From them getting married in a private and intimate ceremony to the couple enjoying a romantic and cosy honeymoon in Europe, we saw all of it. And now, guess what? This is actually set to be Tanuj and Tanya’s first Holi celebration together after marriage. Regarding their plans and love for the festival, Tanuj shared and we quote,
“Well, I am truly looking forward to the fact that this is going to be our first Holi together. We had a bit of a break so we came here to be together with Tanya’s family. However, we will be back in Mumbai before Holi. I am shooting the next day after Holi so we can’t really make it too much about colours. But we will definitely be playing a little with water and do a nice Pooja at home together as a family and enjoy it. Since I am shooting the next day, I can’t afford to take a face on sets that is filled with colours. So it’s going to be low-key at our end. Also, Tanya has been living in Singapore all these years and hence we never really got to celebrate together. Personally, I love Holi and it’s my favourite festival with Diwali.”
Sharing more insights about his happy childhood memories of Holi, Tanuj adds and we quote,
“Well, I used to live in a colony where all the kids would have things like Holi wars and battles with water guns, water balloons etc. As a child, I have done quite a few naughty things.”
Talking more about his incredible professional journey and his upcoming work, he says,
“Well, as far as work is concerned, I just had my first Dharma film ‘Yodha’. Next I have an untitled show with Applause Entertainment with Rahul Dev & Mustafa Burman from the Abbas-Mastan clan. There’s also a film called ‘Johnny Jumper’ with Vijay Raaz, Brijendra Kalra, Zarina Wahab and Zakir Hussain. There’s ‘Murshid’ with Kay Kay Menon & I also will be concluding the year with a rom-com ‘Puppy Love’ that has Divya Agarwal, Nikki Tamboli, & Siddharth Choudhary. Also there’s Splitsvilla X5 with Sunny Leone which I am hosting. So yes, plenty of exciting times ahead.”
Well, kudos to Tanuj Virwani for actually managing to strike a perfect balance between work and family life.
