The much-awaited movie, ‘The Archies’, released its trailer on Thursday and the stars are shining in Riverdale.
This is a teenage musical film based on the comic and is produced by Tiger Baby Productions and directed by Zoya Akhtar. Agastya Nanda as Archie Andrews, Khushi Kapoor as Betty Cooper and Suhana Khan as Veronica, the movie is set to release on the 7th December.
The trailer has been appreciated by the fans. Shah Rukh Khan lauds the debut of his daughter and posted, “A contemporary subject with timeless characters #TheArchies…thrown into a world that is very fable like. Zoya has created such an innocent and pristine quality to the film..maybe just like our world could be with a more responsible outlook towards the environment. All the best to the entire team involved with this sweet and meaningful fun film!”
Releasing on Netflix, the movie is a great blend of love, humor, romance and fun. This musical comedy takes us back to the world of comics and heartaches. All of us are yearning to see the love triangle, friendship and rebellion.
The trailer shows the life of friends, chilling, going for picnics, bus rides and gearing up to step into adult life. The two songs that have released so far are peppy and fun.
