A huge star-studded event called NMACC Gala was hosted by the Ambani’s. The Nita Mukesh Ambani Culture Centre was inaugurated by Nita and Mukesh Ambani.
Several Bollywood and Hollywood celebrities gathered together to make this event a huge success. The theme for this event was India’s cultural impact on global fashion. More than 140 gorgeous pieces of costumes inspire by Indian culture and art were showcased by the celebrities and fashion divas. One of the most eye-catching features was the saree outfits worn by Gigi Hadid, Rekha and Zendaya.
Several celebrities like SRK, Salman Khan, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Karan Johar, Priyanka Chawla, Nick Jonas, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and several others were seen at the event. Ranveer and Deepika also looked spectacular at the event and spoke about their experience at ‘The Great Indian Musical: Civilization to Nation.’
Deepika said she got goosebumps while watching it. She said, “It was truly world-class. This is something we never experienced before. There were so many moments we teared up and so many moments when we had goosebumps. We just had our minds blown.”
Ranveer added, “The acoustic quality of this theatre is unprecedented. I have never experienced this in any theatre in the world. I could feel every drumbeat. It was a sensory experience. It made me feel so proud to be an Indian.”
On day 2 of the event, several celebrities were seen setting the stage on fire. Ranveer danced to his songs and enthralled the audience with his rap. The song Jhoome Jo Pathaan has Varun, Ranveer and SRK shaking a leg together.
A 2000 seat theatre with 16000 square feet of exhibition space, a chandelier with 8400 Swarovski crystals and a Met gala kind of opening event, this was the destination for the event NMACC, to promote art and culture of our nation.
