Kangana Ranaut sent a statement encouraging women to wear whatever they wish to wear. The performer highlighted “the reality that what a woman wears or forgets to wear is totally her business” by posting old pictures of herself. Kangana Ranaut posted pictures of herself wearing a white net blouse with tiny straps and a pair of matching white pants. The actor posted the vintage images to emphasize the idea that what women wear is none of other people’s business. Emergency, Kangana’s next historical drama based on the late Indira Gandhi, former Prime Minister, is keeping her busy.
Kangana uploaded a number of pictures from the previous year on Instagram Stories. The actor captioned photos of herself posing in an all-white ensemble with the sun shone behind her, “Just stressing on the fact that what a lady wears or forgets to wear is totally her business… None of your business.” She also said, “I guess I made the point, I can go to the office now… bye,” and added a flying kiss emoji to another shot of herself.
Razneesh Ghai, who directed Kangana in the action movie that debuted on May 20 this year, was sent a birthday greeting in a different image that she uploaded. She wrote, “Happy birthday boss Razneesh Ghai,” next to a picture of the two from the Dhaakad party last year. In the photographs, the actor accessorised her white clothing with bold gold jewellery, understated eye makeup, and a bun in her hair. Some individuals criticised Kangana and referred to the images she uploaded last year as having provocative clothing.
Emergency will feature Kangana shortly. Along with Mahima Chaudhry, Shreyas Talpade, Anupam Kher, and others, Kangana will also serve as the film’s director. The late Indira Gandhi is portrayed by Kangana in the movie.
