Our skin gets maximum exposure to the sun and each weather change affects our skin differently. Here are some easy tips each one can follow from the comforts of our home.

CLEANSE AND EXFOLIATE

Make sure you clean your face daily with a gentle face wash that suits your skin type. After washing it, exfoliate your skin and massage in onto your skin. This removes the dirt and dead skin and excessive oil. Rinse it.

USING A FACE MASK/ FACE SHEET

These are available for every skin type and for every reason. Readily available on Nykaa, you apply the mask evenly on your skin and let it dry. Once dried, rinse it with water and dry your face. If using a sheet, cover your face completely as per instructions. Lie straight and let your skin soak the serum. You will get that instant glow.

MOISTURISE-

The third step will keep your skin looking supple. Buy a moisturizer that contains hyaluronic acid, antioxidants or peptides. Massage it upwards and feel your skin soften.

SUNSCREEN

You cannot ignore this one. Apply a sunscreen SPR 30 or higher after every 3-4 hours depending on your son exposure. This prevents the skin from wrinkles and dark spots.

FACIAL MASSAGE

Have you ever tried a jade roller or gua sha stone?? Use these in upward motions or use your fingertips to gently massage your face.

Along with this, I cannot emphasize on the importance of a healthy balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables and protein. Also, stay hydrated…your skin needs it!
