Television actress Shubhangi Atre who portrays the character of Angoori Manmohan Tiwari on the sitcom show ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’ has been tested Covid-19 positive. The actress had mild symptoms after which she went for the test and was found infected with the novel corona virus.
The actress confirmed the news and has isolated herself at her home. She is following all the safety protocols. She also shared a video giving her health update to her fans and well wishers on her social media account.
In an interview, the actress mentioned that, “I have almost all the symptoms of the virus- bodyache, soar throat, cough, fever and have lost smell sense and the taste sense.”
In April 2016, Shubhangi became a household name as she replaced Shilpa Shinde in the sitcom show, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain as Angoori Bhabhi opposite Rohitash Gaud who portrays the character of Manmohan Tiwari in the comedy series.
The actress was also seen in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, ‘Kasturi’, ‘Kumkum- Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan’ and ‘Do Hanson Ka Jodaa’. Previously, in 2013, Shubhangi had replaced Shilpa Shinde in sitcom show ‘Chidiya Ghar’.
