Billboard released their Hot 100 Music Charts for this week and Butter has held its position for the 4th consecutive time. Butter has officially become the group’s longest-leading No. 1 song. This was earlier held by Dynamite which topped the Hot 100 Charts for 3 weeks.
The song has beat Olivia Rodrigo’s “good 4 u,” as well as Dua Lipa and DaBaby’s “Levitating,” “Kiss Me More” by Doja Cat and SZA, and Justin Bieber‘s “Peaches”.
BTS became the first South Korean group to top the Billboard Hot 100 Music Chart with Dynamite and now it has become the 1st Asian Music Act to hold the position for 4 weeks. Reacting to this, the BTS official account posted a statement thanking the ARMY for their continuous support and love. This statement received a reply from the Guinness World Record’s official account. They left a comment reading ‘Legends’!
