The BTS Permission to Dance on Stage Concert has been the talk of the music world lately, given that a.) the K-Pop group is arguably the hottest thing on the global music stage right now, and b.) this will be the band’s first, proper, full-fledged in-live concert for their fans all over the world since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the first lockdown. Given the magnitude of the event, BTS members Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, Jungkook, V, Suga, and RM will definitely go above and beyond to make things extra-special for the ARMY (as BTS fans across the globe refer to themselves).
In keeping with that spirit, Jungkook enthralled BTS fans when he performed his iconic’shirt lift’ step from the song Fake Love for BTS fans gathered at the stadium in Seoul, South Korea, where the Permission to Dance on Stage Concert is currently being held live (it’s also being streamed around the world for those who can’t attend). For those unfamiliar, Jungkook is the band’s lead dancer, and it’s moments like this that ARMY look forward to. His’shirt lift’ move, in which he flaunts his well-toned abs for the crowd, has long been a fan favourite, so it’s no surprise that the excitement in the stadium soared when he executed it.
According to reports, Jungkook was not feeling well prior to the concert, but he went out of his way to work out and stay in fighting shape so that he could treat his fans to his signature move, as he wanted to give it his all since BTS was performing in Seoul for the first time in nearly two and a half years.
