Jimin, a member of BTS, suffered from shoulder and neck pains before to the K-pop group’s concert in Macao in 2017.

BTS has sacrificed blood, sweat, and tears on their international tours to guarantee that its fans are given to world-class shows. So, when things went wrong for Jimin in 2017, and he was forced to miss one of his shows due to strained muscles, the singer was devastated.

BTS performed in Macau in late 2017 as part of their Wings Tour. BTS revealed that Jimin will be unable to perform due to a health issue before to the show. They also released a statement explaining that he was suffering from neck and shoulder pains and apologizing to fans for his absence.

Despite the fact that Jimin was unable to play during the performance, he did mingle briefly with the audience. “Please accept my heartfelt apologies. He fought back tears as he added, “Let’s get together soon, I love you, and thank you.” Before the night finished, he sang with RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, V, and Jungkook.

When BTS aired their docu-series Burn the Stage a few months later, it was revealed that Jimin’s decision to skip the Macau show wasn’t easy. Jimin was shown in an episode attempting to persuade the management and fellow BTS members to allow him to perform. He informed the members, “I’d have nothing to say if I were wounded, but what I have is merely a severe case of aching muscles.” They, on the other hand, were adamant in their refusal to give in.

“I don’t believe our fans would be able to appreciate your performance even if you stood on the stage; they’d be waiting for you,” one of the members was overheard saying Jimin. “I know that no matter what we say, it won’t make things better. Anyway, stay strong,” RM encouraged Jimin as he sobbed.
