Season 3 of Criminal Justice has been released and I am falling short on words to praise Pankaj Tripathi’ s performance along with his co-stars.

Adhura Sach, consisting of 8 episodes, is produced by Applause Entertainment along with BBC Studios and is directed by Rohan Sippy. This series brings to light a very important issue in today’ s times- social media trolling. This series not only solves the Zara Ahuja murder mystery but also talks about how brutal social media trolling affects the mental state of a human being.

The Season finale revealed that the killer in Zara’s murder is not her stepbrother but Mahendra Awasthi, the property owner of the place Zara was scheduled to shoot at in the first episode. The killing was to avenge Bittu’ s suicide which was aggravated due to Zara and her fans online reactions to her performance.

To get you acquainted with the characters, Zara is a 14-year-old girl at the peak of her acting career, and she becomes a nationwide star due to her TV shows mass popularity. She lives with her stepmother Avantika and her father Neeraj. Her stepbrother Mukul stays along but he often feels neglected and overshadowed her by presence. These negative feelings lead to drugs and mental issues such as anger in Mukul. Zara decides to explore the nightlife of superstars and sneaks out. Mukul by chance lands up at the same party. And lo and behold!! Zara gets killed the same night and all arrows point towards Mukul.

However, Madhav Mishra turns out to be an excellent lawyer and unveils the truth in her own manner. Swastika Mukherjee, Shweta Basu Prasad and Purab Kohli are very impressive as well. On the whole, a good watch.
