Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is now enjoying a successful period. Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt play the main characters in the programme. The Chavan family finds out that Sai is still alive and that Savi is her daughter in the current episode of the programme. When they discover the truth, Ashwini, Bhavani, and other people are startled and ask Virat why he kept it from them. While Virat informs that Sai lost Vinu in the accident, Bhavani queries him about her grandchild Vinayak.
The family is devastated as a result, and Bhavani is enraged, claiming that Sai should have died rather than her grandchild Vinayak. Sai was alive, but Ashwini never told the family, she sobs and throws Sai’s portrait on the ground in a fit of wrath.
Pakhi comforts Ashwini by telling her that Sai has helped Vinayak and saved Virat’s life, but Bhavani informs her that this does not make up for Sai’s misdeeds. In the meanwhile, Virat requests that family members stop mentioning Sai and treat her as deceased. Bhavani holds Sai accountable for all the hardships the Chavan family and Virat have experienced.
Sai is criticized by Ashwini for not calling Virat or other family members after the accident, and Virat has suffered greatly as a result of her. If Vinayak hadn’t entered his life, Virat would have perished. On the other side, Bhavani vehemently asserts that she does not want Sai to return to the Chavan home.
