According to the expert, missing meals might have a negative impact on your health.

  • Fatigue begins to set in. The rate of your metabolism slows.
  • You are deficient in essential nutrients.
  • Because your sugar cravings rise, you’re more likely to develop diabetes.

  • Skipping meals might have a negative impact on your blood pressure.
