J-Hope is a beloved K-pop idol. In the whole of BTS, he is known to be kind, honest, and good-spirited. He has repeatedly been the idol who replies to fans and always honestly. He recently talked to an Army on Weverse and the conversation is breaking many hearts. Sadly, the conversation went viral too soon.

Weverse is a great platform for fans to interact with BTS and there is no doubt about that. Armies often drop in their suggestions, questions, advice, wishes, and whatnot for BTS boys. Recently, a fan asked a very relatable and honestly, needed question to BTS’ J-Hope. One ARMY, in particular, seemed to want some advice from J-Hope, and she asked, “J-Hope, how do you say no to late-night snacks?”

And of course, J-Hope replied to the question with his own tips and advice. In his reply, he explained, “I can skip it if I think to myself, ’If you eat this, you’re going to get uglier. Then your pictures will look bad. Then the fans will hate it, which means you can’t be an idol anymore because idols are loved by everyone.’”

Soon after this, fans took to Weverse and expressed how heartbreaking it was for them to read his reply. After the post was shared, many ARMYs took to social media sharing their sadness at seeing the answer. With his response, it seemed as if J-Hope felt that if he overate, he might get negative feedback from fans who might criticize the way he looked.
