In the biting cold weather of Leh, history of another kind was created. The 380-seater auditorium was seen packed up to 80 percent, as viewers poured in to watch Jawan at the Himalayan Film Festival, in spite of the cold.
The Sindhu Sanskriti Kendra turned into a stadium where the movie was shown and it was a delight to see the enthusiasm of the crowd. The movie began with a special message recorded by Atlee for the attendees. He felt the movie was “pure Indian emotion.” He further stated, “Shah Rukh Sir, Deepika mam, Nayanthara mam and everyone worked with their heart to make the film wonderful. Please do watch and let us know your comments on this.”
