Kamala Khan’ s has a totally different vision for the MCU, the Ms Marvel series is all set to create a new legacy with a gripping story line.

Teenage struggles, family dynamics and friendships, Ms. Marvel deals with relatable topics but with a fresh South Asian angle.

A star that promises to shine as bright as the cosmic energy that exudes from Carol Danvers, alias Captain Marvel , the show aired on 8th June with subsequent episodes to air every Wednesday till the season finale on July 13.

In the first episode of Ms Marvel which appears on Disney Hotstar, Vellani has established herself as a powerful actor. This episode focusses on the importance of family in the lives of South Asian communities. The mother is always worrying about her daughter and supports her yet sometimes she is overprotective. She is the main obstacle in Kamala’ s way to planning a trip to AvengerCon. Yusuf is the ‘good parent’ who is backing up Kamala and trusts her implicitly. He will go to any extent to make his daughter happy.

Another Pakistani-American actor whose performance deserves an applause is Saagar Shaikh, who is Kamala’ s ultra-religious older brother.

Iman plays the titular Pakistani-American teen superhero who grows up in Jersey city. A passionate gamer and a Captain Marvel fan with an overactive imagination, Kamala tries to fit in at home and school until she gets superpowers like her idols.

Ms Marvel also features Fawad Khan, Nimra Bucha, Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Yasmin Fletcher, Laith Nakli, Azhar Usman and Travina Springer.

The show is available in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
