Karan Johar has put together a set of stories that are true love stories titled ‘Love Storiyaan.’ They are real life events, dedicated to Valentine’s Day and the month of February.

Produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, “Love Storiyaan for us, is more than just a faithful retelling of real-life love stories. The series looks at love in all its forms, painting a beautiful picture of connections that go beyond the ordinary.”

Six directors have captured the stories- Akshay Indikar, Archana Phadke, Collin D’ Cunha, Hardik Mehta, Shazia Iqbal and Vivek Soni.

The sixth episode, titled Love Beyond Labels, has been banned in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Indonesia and Egypt. The episode features a transgender couple from Kolkata and narrates their love story. This banned installment delves into their extraordinary journey, including the trials and triumphs they faced during Teesta’s gender transition surgery. It shows how true love can transcend all barriers.

Each episode is a celebration of love, romance, being caught in a web of trials yet overcoming all boundaries.
