The ingredients required to prepare the concoction are turmeric, cinnamon, tulsi leaves, fresh ginger, black pepper and clove.
1 liter water
½ teaspoon of fresh ginger
½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 cinnamon stick
5-6 tulsi leaves
½ teaspoon of black pepper
How to make
Boil the water in the utensil and add all the spices in the utensil, and boil it thoroughly. Let the boil till the quantity is reduced to half. Then strain the mixture and have it early in the morning when the kadha is warm.
