Bigg Boss 14 fame, singer Rahul Vaidya announced his wedding with actress girlfriend Disha Parmar on Tuesday. Rahul and Disha shared a note on their respective Instagram handle, with their fans with a hashtag that read, “#TheDisHulWedding.”
The note read, “With the blessings of our families, we are delighted to share this special moment with you all. We are elated to announce that our wedding is set to take place on the 16th of July, 2021. We seek your love and blessings as we begin this new chapter of love and togetherness.”
The power couple is all set to get married on July 16 in “an intimate affair”, with only family members and close friends in attendance.
Spilling the beans earlier about the wedding, Rahul Vaidya shared with an online portal that, “The marriage will be held according to the Vedic rituals and we will also have Gurbani Shabad sung at the ceremony.”
Disha added, “My idea of an ideal wedding ceremony is an intimate affair. Marriage is a union of two people and their respective families with their dear ones in attendance. I have always wished for a simple ceremony and I am glad that’s exactly what we are going ahead with.”
Rahul Vaidya realized his love for Disha during his stay in the Bigg Boss house. On her birthday in December, Rahul proposed to Disha on national television, and she accepted his proposal.
Rahul has recently finished shooting for the adventure reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 and is back in Mumbai. Meanwhile, Disha Parmar is known for her roles in shows such as Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, and Woh Apna Sa.
