Shah Rukh Khan, commonly referred to as the “King of Bollywood,” has led the Indian film and entertainment business for more than three decades. Blockbuster films like Baazigar and Darr helped SRK breakthrough in his second year, after which the actor was unstoppable.

With his films selling more than 10 crore tickets in the year 1995, Shah Rukh Khan established himself as the highest-grossing actor in a single year during the 1990s.
