Tamannah Bhatia and Vijay Varma, as is heard are romantically involved. Tamannah has broken her 18-year old, no kissing policy for her beau in Lust Stories2.
Tamannah says she has never felt so safe in the company of any male actor. From the moment they started shooting, he made her feel at ease and she wasn’t scared. There was a lot to learn from Vijay, Tamannah feels Vijay is her ‘happy place’.
In an interview, Tamannah said, “I’ve never felt so safe around an actor. And that’s what’s really important for an actor. You need to feel that kind of safety. It’s like a jump you’re taking, especially in a film like this. He just, from the moment go, made me feel so safe that I wasn’t scared to do anything, emote in a certain way. He just made it feel so easy. So that’s definitely something I love about him.”
She feels he’s quite a chameleon in the way he approaches a character and he calls her ‘radiant’ and simple. Filmmakers Konkana Sen Sharma, R Balki, Amit Ravindernath Sharma and Sujoy Ghosh came together for the Netflix anthology film Lust Stories 2. It casts Neena Gupta, Kajol, Mrunal Thakur, Amruta Shubhash, Angad Bedi, Kumud Mishra and Tillotama Shome as well.
Director Sujoy Ghosh states, “This time lust stories are all about different shades of lust. I am so glad that RSVP, Flying Unicorn and Netflix bought this opportunity to me, and that our lust story will be watched by audiences in 190 countries. Tamannah and Vijay brought the film to life just as I had imagined it, and I am hoping the audiences will enjoy their chemistry on screen.”
