Actor Tanuj Virwani is currently in the news and limelight for all the right reasons. He truly has a stellar line-up of projects releasing this year and to begin with, we truly can’t wait for the phenomenon to begin with ‘Yodha’ on 15th March. In this upcoming movie of Dharma Productions, Tanuj is all set to be seen playing a pivotal role alongside the likes of Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani and Raashi Khanna. The teaser and the trailer have been loved immensely by the audience and ever since then, the anticipation around Tanuj and his character has risen all the way more. What’s interesting is that this time, everything, right from the character to how he is looking is poles apart from what we have seen the talented actor play on-screen. He earlier opened up about being a part of the task force called the ‘Yodha’ task force alongside Sidharth Malhotra. While the acting part is to be seen on-screen soon, Tanuj has finally opened up about the preparations regarding getting into the skin of a military character. On being asked more about the same, he said and we quote,

“Well, as an actor, I want to always do versatile roles and this opportunity in Yodha was right out there at the top. I have never played such a character before. Not just the fact that this is a military character, everything right from how I look to my mannerisms, etc needed to be modified and changed accordingly as per the need of the script and the narrative. I opted for a clean-shaven look, something I didn’t do for quite a long time. Apart from that, I have observed the body language and mannerisms of the task force in person as well as on YouTube videos. Everything right from how they stand to how they talk, hold their ammunition, the way they hold their poise, sit, & eat, everything needs to be perfect. There was a big sense of responsibility and there’s no way I could afford to go wrong in that. These are the people who protect our country day in day out from external forces. It would be a blunder to not have paid attention to minute details. Hence, I did my best in terms of observation and preparation. For the rest, I can’t wait for my audience to see me on-screen from 15th March, 2024 onwards.”

Well, kudos to Tanuj for being such a prolific actor and still being one of those who likes to focus on the basic things to get his character right on-screen. Here’s wishing him good luck and great success for everything that he does going forward. Stay tuned for more updates.
