The release of the live concert broadcast “BTS Permission to Dance on Stage – Seoul: Live Viewing” on March 12 will bring the world’s favorite K-pop band to the big screen in cinemas all around the world.
This is the first time a concert from South Korea has been shown live in cinemas around the world. “Permission to Dance on Stage” is a three-hour show that contains BTS’ best hit songs from their entire discography.
On February 22, tickets for the show will go on sale in North and South America, Europe, and Oceania, and on February 24, in Asia.
Band members RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook perform songs from BTS’ greatest hits, including “Butter,” “Dynamite,” and “Permission to Dance.”
Trafalgar Releasing presents the broadcast, which was produced and directed by HYBE and Big Hit Music.
“With this world-first live cinema broadcast of BTS Permission to Dance on Stage,” coming direct from Seoul to cinemas across the world on March 12, we look forward to extending our historic partnership with HYBE and BTS,” said Marc Allenby, CEO of Trafalgar Releasing. “BTS and Army have always had a particular bond, and we’re excited to bring them even closer together through the group’s awe-inspiring stage spectacle, which will be shown live on the big screen.”
“BTS Permission to Dance on Stage” is also the name of the group’s most recent world tour, which includes four sold-out gigs at the newly constructed SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Approximately 813,000 spectators attended the concerts, both in person and through live broadcast.
