Richa Chadda (born December 18, 1986) is a Hindi film actress best known for her role in the Fukrey franchise. Chadda made her acting debut in the comedy film Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!  Chadda has also performed in the theatre, as a married Delhi-based woman in Trivial Disasters (2014).

Richa Chadha, whose newest OTT release is ‘The Great Indian Murder,’ has discussed what makes thrillers so popular throughout the world.

“This is basically a deep dive inquiry,” Richa remarked of the episode. It’s as if you’re part of a team that’s solving a mystery. There are several items inside that squad.

“However, I believe these things are fascinating because there is a lot of criminality around us, and I think crime in general is a fascinating topic.” If you look at the ratings, ‘Savdhaan India’ is one of the most popular shows.” Richa has always wowed audiences and reviewers with her strong performances when she first entered the industry.

“I’d love to portray a range of characters,” she said, “but obviously I’m not going to turn down incredibly intriguing roles like Sudha,” she said.

Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ‘The Great Indian Murder’ is a cinematic version of Vikas Swarup’s second novel, ‘Six Suspects.’ It’s about the murder of a high-profile minister’s son and promises to be an interesting mystery with a superb cast that includes Pratik Gandhi and Richa in the key roles, as well as Raghubir Yadav, Ashutosh Rana, Paoli Dam, Jatin Goswami, and Shashank Arora.

It is presently available in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali on Disney+ Hotstar.
