Zareen Khan, a Bollywood actress, has chastised the business for failing to provide her with more opportunities to prove her worth.
Zareen made her Bollywood debut in Salman Khan’s flick Veer in 2010, and it was widely seen as the start of something remarkable for her. Zareen, on the other hand, has failed to establish herself in the profession after 12 years.
Like many other actors and actresses, she’s had her ups and downs in the profession, but she’s spoken candidly about some of the key reasons for her struggles.
Zareen believes that her lack of relationships in the business was one of the most crucial factors in her inability to gain more employment in Bollywood.
The actress also discussed how individuals in the industry tend to favour their friends when it comes to employment.
“To be a part of this industry, the most essential thing is to be very sociable, to go to all the parties, and to interact with people.” It’s crucial for your career that you’re visible at these events. I didn’t have many possibilities since I didn’t put in the effort to become acquainted with individuals in the industry,” Zareen explained.
“Right now, the big trend is that everyone is everyone’s friend, and they’re all working together.” How will people like me get job in Bollywood if others keep suggesting their friends?” she stated. Zareen, who has been in Akshay Kumar’s Housefull franchise, has expressed her desire for people to see her as more than just eye candy and to cast her based on her acting abilities.
Zareen was most recently seen in the OTT release Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele.
