J-Hope surprises his fans on the 3rd anniversary of “Hope World”, his first solo mix tape, which was first released in 2018.
In the year 2013, BTS’s J-Hope debuted under Big Hit Entertainment along with other members Jin, Suga, RM, Jimin, and V. His first solo mixtape “Hope World” was ranked at number 63 in Billboard’s 200 chart and made him the highest-charting solo Korean artist.
Recently, the South Korean rapper, songwriter and record producer announced his upcoming mixtape on BTS’s official social media handles. J-Hope maintained the charm of original version with the addition of few new lines and a sound to it. J-Hope’s recent work shows his love for songs and his remarkable growth as a music artist.

In his recent letter to his fans, J-Hope shared the real reason behind releasing the new “complete” version.
It’s March 2. It has been three years since the Hope World mixtape came to life. Back then, I think I was in a rush to let everyone hear my music. So I let creativity take over and let my body do whatever it wanted to do. I remember, I wrote whatever came to mind as it did. Now that I listen and look back, I feel a little embarrassed about it. Haha
