Dr. Bhavsar claims that the best way to relax your throat before night is to drink a glass of warm milk mixed with dried ginger powder.

  • Honey with lemon in warm water

Warm water with a half-lemon and some honey, which is frequently advised to cleanse your body, may also work wonders for your throat.

  • Warm water

Warm water can help you with a variety of problems, from congestion to constipation. To maintain the health of your throat, drink warm water often throughout the day.

  • Ginger tea

She advised making a warming ginger tea that would calm your irritable gut and throat by boiling an inch of fresh ginger in one cup of water for three to four minutes.
