*If you’re trying to lose weight, bael juice is a fantastic choice because it has 140 healthy calories.

*She went on to say, “A normal glass of this summer juice includes proteins, beta-carotene, fibre, riboflavin, and vitamin C – all of which help to boost metabolic rate.”

*Bael juice can help keep cholesterol, lipid profiles, and triglycerides in check.

*Stomach acid reflux can be exacerbated by hot temperatures. “Bael juice, with its cooling characteristics, can assist get rid of this irritation in a situation like this.”

“If you have a certain medical problem and desire to take bael juice, it is better to visit your doctor once,” Dr Kohli said, adding that bael juice is diabetic and heart-friendly. “To protect yourself from illnesses, go for home-churned bael juice rather than buying it from juice vendors,” she said.

What is the best way to prepare bael juice at home?

  • Break open the bael fruit and scrape out the pulp for four servings.
  • Mash the apple until all of the pulp has been scraped out and the seeds have been separated.
  • Squeeze the juice from the pulp and toss the pulp in the trash.
  • Strain it with a large strainer. Toss in the jaggery and cumin powder. Have fun with your drink!
