The CEO of Habuild, Saurabh Bothra, redefined the 5am club as the most important factor for self-care, which everyone should adopt.

Masaba Gupta, has also been making several changes in her lifestyle to be fitter. The fashion designer admitted to joining the 5 am club. She shared, “5.41 am= Water + Read + Workout.”

Mr. Bothra expresses his views, “In times we live in, the minute we open our eyes, the world starts bombarding our brain with all kinds of information. We let other situations, information and people set the tone of our day. But isn’t this supposed to be our right? Absolutely! And waking up at 5 am, gives us that freedom. Early mornings offer a quiet and focused time to contribute towards our physical, emotional and mental well-being.”

He further elaborates on the benefits of 5 am by saying, “It will take your personal and professional growth to another level. You don’t necessarily have to wake up at 5 am. The goal here is to have quiet time reserved only for yourself. And you need to be serious about using this period for your growth. Always remember that growth is the core of self-love-that’s how you unlock your true potential.”

Masaba writes about her routine, “5.30 am-wake up, do some breath work, 6.15- 7 am- check emails, 7 am or 8.30 am-yoga/ strength alternate days.”
